The end of summer is near…Before we transition into that autumn retrospect, let’s toast to all the new relationships and projects that we have relished during these warm summer nights. Company of Khanh is curating two back-to-back cultural “pizza” parties in collaboration with Music Tastes Good on Friday and Saturday, September 8-9th. Let’s savor life one slice at a time, delight in the worldly selections of Eusebio Akasa (9/8) and Fifty-Two Vista (9/9), and let the acoustic voices of Alyssandra Nighswonger (9/8) and Gregory DiMartino (9/9) serenade us into wistful sensibility.

Garnished yoghurt cheese and date molasses mixed with tahini

Seasonal gatherings tossed in a mild vinaigrette

Course 2

Palestinian Musakhan

Traditional chewy flatbread, spread with regional olive oil and sweet caramelized onions enriched with sumac, saffron, pine nuts, and a slow-roasted half-chicken

Vegetarian Musakhan

A market fresh vegetable will be be thoughtfully considered to replace the chicken, 

all other ingredients will remain the same

Both options garnished with fresh, homegrown mint

Tangy yoghurt infused dough hand-shaped into a boat,

filled with spiced ground beef and bell peppers

filled with vegetables and salty kasseri cheese

Garnished with fresh, homegrown parsley

Sour ale with raspberries, dry-hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy Hops

Chilled English Lavender Lemon Posset

Creamy pudding that is silky, lush, and bursting with citrusy vanilla flavor
